1. Blogware to support multiple languages beginning 13 December 2005.

Tucows is enhancing Blogware by adding multilingual and locale capabilities.
Starting 13 December 2005, the following languages and locales will be
supported:
** English - United States
** English - United Kingdom
** English - Canada
** Spanish - Castilian
More languages and locales will be added during the next 12 months.
The Publisher Control Panel and the Blog interface can be presented in the user's language of choice. As well, system generated messages on the blog will also be presented in the users language of choice.
Blogware does not translate text entered by the user, however Spell Checker capability is available in English, Spanish, Danish, German, French, Italian, Dutch, Norwegian and Portuguese.

2. Blogware Help Full Text Search

The Blogware Help has been improved to provide full text search functionality. Full text search will allow Publishers to search for specific terms within the Blogware Help file. This will be available on 29 November 2005.
3. Blogware Maintenance Strategy
---------------
In order to improve the Blogware service while continuing to meet the needs of our Service Providers, Tucows has implemented a new Maintenance Strategy. All planned Blogware Maintenance activities including feature upgrades (that require customer facing outages) will occur on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month. There will be no customer impacting maintenance windows at other times unless an emergency arises. We will provide at least 7 days notice before any customer facing window.
4. Blogware Maintenance Promotion 29 November 2005

Tucows is committed to improving Blogware. As a result, we are continually working to fix bugs reported by our quality assurance team and by our service providers. Several Blogware Priority Three bugs will be fixed on Nov 29 2005. These fixes include the following:
- Improving Trackback Spam Detection logic
- Keywords are now separated by commas and not spaces
- Category component changed from Topics to Categories in the customizable code
- Line spacing is proportional to text size in the Rich Text Editor -The checkbox in Advanced Settings labeled "Display excerpts in summary view" has been changed to "Display excerpts in Category indexes"
- Users will be able to view past 7 days of statistics on any day of the month
- Reader account pages will now properly reflect reseller branding
This maintenance promotion will not require a customer facing outage, and will include documentation updates.
